Juniors, starting from the 4th grade of elementary school, are divided into three teams—Kashima, Norte (Hitachi), and Tsukuba—which all strive to improve their skills through friendly competition.
Kashima Junior has achieved excellent results in numerous tournaments, including winning the National Youth Soccer Tournament in 2013, coming in second place in 2007 and 2015, and winning the Vermont National Youth Futsal Tournament in 2013.
Norte Junior was established in 2017, and Tsukuba Junior in 2007, creating an environment for scouting and developing players from all over Ibaraki Prefecture.
Tsukuba Junior has achieved great success, winning the Vermont National Youth Futsal Tournament in 2015 and the Chibirinpic in 2022.
They also gain international experience by participating in overseas tours.
