Junior youth teams, made up of junior high school students (under 15) who are entering a period of significant growth, operate in Ibaraki Prefecture with three teams—Kashima, Norte (Hitachi), and Tsukuba—covering almost the entire prefecture.

We have established a system to discover and develop promising players within the prefecture, and we are committed to player development, including physical conditioning, by assigning a trainer in addition to a manager, coaches, and a goalkeeping coach. Furthermore, we are strengthening our teams with a global perspective by providing opportunities for overseas tours.
