Kashima Area

Academy Field

 

"Kashima Antlers Academy Field" is widely used for academy activities, including official matches and daily training.

For the construction of the ground, we sought support from everyone through the crowdfunding project "Antlers' Future Together" conducted in 2021.

This project, with the cooperation of Kashima City, one of our hometowns, gathered donations in the form of "furusato nozei" (hometown tax donations), and received endorsement from Itako City, Kamisu City, Namegata City, and Hokota City, which also constitute our hometowns.

Academy House

 

The Academy House is a boarding facility built in 2019, primarily for youth players aiming to become professionals.

It is also widely used by the entire academy for training camps for various age groups.

Tsukuba Area

Tsukuba Academy Center

 

 

The Tsukuba Academy Center, completed in 2011, features one artificial turf soccer pitch, three futsal courts, and facilities including locker rooms with showers, a training room, and a meeting room.

In addition to being a development facility, it hosts various events and also functions as a regional disaster prevention base, securing electricity and water in emergencies.
