The Antlers Academy's final category, the Youth team, is primarily composed of players from the junior youth teams operating at three locations within Ibaraki Prefecture: Kashima, Norte (Hitachi), and Tsukuba. Our goal is to have as many of these players as possible promoted to the top team, and the entire club is committed to supporting them. Our強化スタイル (strengthening style), which promotes growth in both academics and sports through experienced development experts, a comprehensive medical support system, and the establishment of a daytime training system in cooperation with Kashima Gakuen, is a unique Antlers initiative that has attracted attention from various quarters.
