■Applying for SÓCIO Wheelchair Seating
1. Wheelchair seating refers to designated seating within the "wheelchair seating" area, not specific individual seats.
2. To use wheelchair seating and the dedicated wheelchair parking lot, you must apply for each match individually.
* You do not need to purchase an annual parking pass (paid option) to use the dedicated parking lot.
* Please note that the dedicated parking lot has limited capacity. It may not be available if it is full.
3. Wheelchair seating cannot be applied for online. If you wish to purchase, please contact the Kashima Antlers Call Center.

Benefit 2: Annual reserved seat change service

If you wish to watch the game with your friends or family in a different seating area, you can change your seats without incurring any additional fees.

What is the Seat Change Service?

This service allows SÓCIO members to exchange their season tickets for different seats on a per-game basis, based on a pre-determined per-game right value associated with their season ticket.
It is possible to change to other seats within the same seat category as your season ticket, or to upgrade/downgrade to a different seat category. You can also purchase tickets for companions at the same time.

Payment of Fare Difference Due to Seat Change

The payment amount will be the difference between the face value of your annual ticket for each match (Note*) and the selling price of the changed seat type.

Precautions

・To use this service, you need to link your J.LEAGUE ID and One-touch Pass ID (SÓCIO membership number).
・After the service is established, you will not be able to watch matches from your annual ticket seats. Also, transactions cannot be cancelled.
・Some seat types, such as special tickets, are not eligible for the annual ticket seat change service.

Benefit 3 Entrance through the exclusive SÓCIO entrance

SÓCIO members can enter the stadium smoothly via a dedicated lane.

*SÓCIO wheelchair seating ticket holders should enter through the dedicated wheelchair entrance, not the SÓCIO-only entrance.

Benefit 4 Card-type Membership Card and Tickets

You will receive a card-type membership card/ticket in your first year of membership. For those who continue their membership, you may use the same membership card with the same membership number.

*From the second year onwards, we will send you an information sticker to attach to the back of the card.
*The membership card on the Antlers app can also be used as a ticket.
*For home games held at venues other than Mercari Stadium, entry methods may change.
*SÓCIO Royal members will receive dedicated paper tickets.
*SÓCIO Royal members and corporate members who select limited-design paper tickets will not be provided with an IC card.
*A reissuance fee of 11,000 yen (tax included) will be charged for IC cards. Reissuance of IC cards will be accepted until the end of December 2026.

Benefit 5: SÓCIO-exclusive IC card holder

Members will receive a SÓCIO-exclusive card holder to store their card-type membership card/ticket.
*SÓCIO corporate members who choose paper tickets will receive a paper ticket holder.

This is the Academy fan club, established with the aim of supporting the activities of the Kashima Antlers Academy and working together to develop players who will carry the future of Kashima Antlers.

*If you choose a limited design paper ticket, you cannot enter the stadium using your digital membership card. The digital membership card can only be used as a membership ID.
*If you choose a limited design paper ticket, resale and seat change services will not be available.
*If you choose a limited design paper ticket, an IC card will not be provided.

Q. When applying for a new SÓCIO membership, can one representative apply for seats for family and friends together and secure seats next to each other?

One representative can complete the application process for multiple people. After logging in with the representative's J.League ID on the online application site, select the number of seats required. On the application information entry screen, register the companion's information by clicking "+ Add Companion." *Consecutive seats can only be selected if available on the seat selection screen.

Please select "SÓCIO (New / Seat Change & Renewal / Plan Change)" on the online application site and complete your application.

Q. Can I choose my preferred seat for SÓCIO reserved seats? Are they on a first-come, first-served basis?
If applying online, you can select your preferred seat yourself. Seats are on a first-come, first-served basis and will be secured in the order applications are received.
*Individual seat selection is not possible for paper applications.
*Seats currently used by existing SÓCIO members are not eligible.

Q. I want to renew my SÓCIO membership, but I would like to change to a different seat for the 2026/27 season.
Please select "SÓCIO (New / Seat Change Renewal / Plan Change)" on the online application site to apply. By selecting "Seat Change Renewal," you can maintain your current SÓCIO membership number, individually select a different available seat, and proceed with the renewal.

Q. Can I continue my SÓCIO membership and retain my current seat (same seat number), while having a new family member join and sit in an adjacent seat?
It is not possible to simultaneously apply for both seat retention and an additional seat (new membership). Please apply for seat retention through the "Seat Retention" process, and for new memberships through the "New / Seat Change / Plan Change" process.

Q. I would like to change the seat for my SÓCIO membership, which I purchased for the Meiji Yasuda J1 Centennial Club League, to a different seat for the 2026/27 season, and also have a new family member join and sit next to me.
You can apply for both together by changing your seat and renewing your membership as the primary representative. On the online application site, select "SÓCIO (New/Seat Change & Renewal/Plan Change)," choose the desired number of seats for your preferred row (for both yourself and your family members), and then register your companions' information by clicking "+ Add Companion" on the application information entry screen.
