Academy Support Club

The Academy Support Club is an academy fan club established with the aim of supporting the activities of the Kashima Antlers Academy and working together to develop the players who will carry the future of Kashima Antlers.

We look forward to receiving support from those who endorse the activities of the Kashima Antlers Academy and will support the future of Kashima Antlers.

How the 2024 Grant Funds Will Be Used

With the support funds from 2024, we purchased tents for the Kashima, Norte, and Tsukuba areas.
These newly acquired tents will be utilized to protect players, staff, and users from the intense summer heat as a heatstroke prevention measure, and also for various events.

We sincerely thank everyone who provided support.

Establishing a "Community-Based Player Development System"

Kashima Antlers Academy operates from three core branches: Kashima (eastern and southern Ibaraki Prefecture), Norte (northern Ibaraki Prefecture), and Tsukuba (western Ibaraki Prefecture), deeply rooted in the local community.

It is comprised of the youth development categories of Youth (U18), Junior Youth (U15), and Junior (U12), as well as the outreach schools. Through consistent coaching that maximizes each player's individuality, characteristics, and sensibilities, the academy aims to develop as many outstanding players as possible.
