At this time of year, just before the swimming season, we conducted a beach cleanup aiming to create beautiful beaches. Through the work of collecting and sorting non-biodegradable waste, we addressed the issue of many plastic waste floating in the ocean and the problem of marine debris.

Shikao, the club mascot, also joined the beach cleanup and cheered on the participants.
Vice President Suzuki also took the initiative to pick up trash and participate in the beach cleanup.
Despite the scorching heat exceeding 30℃, we conducted the beach cleanup while paying close attention to heatstroke prevention measures such as frequent hydration. Even though they were surprised by the large amount of fine plastic and vinyl waste, the children also joined the adults in sweating and cooperating with the beach cleanup.

The large amount of non-biodegradable waste, such as combustible, non-combustible, and bulky waste scattered on the beach, was completely removed. Through this beach cleanup, which was conducted with the desire to pass on Nikkawahama Beach, characterized by its white sandy beaches and excellent views with windmills, as a valuable asset of Kamisu City to future generations, we once again realized the importance of environmental protection. We thank all the participating companies and stakeholders.
