In the morning, players were divided into three groups for measurements. The measurements involved gradually increasing the distance, requiring players to complete the run within a set time. Players who couldn't complete it within the time were eliminated. Ogasawara, who hates to lose, gritted his teeth and kept pace with the younger players. Players cheered loudly for Leo Silva and Leandro as they ran, pushing themselves to their limits.

In the afternoon, players completed 3 sets of 8 different strength training exercises under the eaves of the stadium. Goalkeepers, meanwhile, had a separate menu, focusing on catching practice with GK Coach Sato. After strength training, they played keep-away on the pitch, and despite being tired, the players energetically ran around as soon as they had a ball at their feet.
