Manager Ishii said, "I'm glad we won yesterday and were able to come here. If we hadn't won, it would probably have just been the coaches (laughs). I believe we've created a new place to connect the Antlers and our supporters, following the stadium and clubhouse. Today, handshakes with the coaches and other physical contact are okay!" The supporters were thrilled.

After that, everyone introduced themselves.
Coach Yanagisawa imitated "Nameri Jump" of "Nameri Mikoto" and performed "Yanagi Jump." From then on, all the coaches ended their self-introductions with a jump.

●Planting Seedlings
After receiving instructions for planting the seedlings, they immediately started. Everyone planted seedlings while communicating with the manager, coaches, and C.R.O.
Coach Hata spotted a frog.

It was time to sign the sign for Kashima Antlers Supporters Only Farm. At that moment, Coach Hata began writing his name on the list of owner names who participated this time. "It doesn't look handwritten, does it?" he said with satisfaction. C.R.O. Nakata teased him, saying, "Charge him one more zero for the owner's fee!" In the end, all the managers, coaches, and C.R.O. ended up signing.

●New Onion Digging
C.R.O. Nakata participated.
For 100 yen per try, you could dig for new onions, and if you found Antlers goods buried, it was a big win.

Q&A with C.R.O. Nakata
Q: What is important to become good at soccer?
Practice is important. But don't just practice; have a goal. Practice with the desire to become like Ogasawara, Shibasaki, or Caio. Just try not to want to become like Sogahata (laughs).

Takoyaki Russian Roulette
The person with a strawberry inside wins! Prizes that can only be bought at Namegata Farmers Village, such as aged dried sweet potatoes, were given away.
