2016 Miyazaki Camp 1/27

In the morning, after warming up with a passing drill while running, the players were divided into two groups for a dribbling competition. This was followed by a "birdcage" drill (rondo) and a red-and-white scrimmage on a shortened pitch, concluding the morning session. The afternoon practice began with a mentally challenging passing drill, followed by a full team shooting training. Then, the team split into offense and defense, with the attackers focusing on shooting and the defenders on clearing drills. The session concluded with free practice.

In addition, Yuya Nishimoto and Hiroki Oki, also from the youth team, joined the team in the afternoon, replacing Matsuura and Ishikawa, who had been participating from the youth team.
