The morning practice included passing drills and shooting drills from passes. After that, we had a 3 vs 3 person-to-person drill. The afternoon practice started with a warm-up on the field, followed by functional training using equipment. Agility training with steps was also conducted on the field. The goalkeepers also performed catching training mixed with functional training.
