On July 5, we held the "ENCORE supported by JIM BEAM Koji Nakata, Atsushi Yanagisawa, Toru Araiwa Joint Retirement Match." We look back at a day in the life of Coach Atsushi Yanagisawa, with photos.

Coach Yanagisawa arrived at Kashima Stadium around 10:30 AM. Before the match, he appeared at a concourse event. Led by Koji Nakata C.R.O, he held a talk show with Tomoyuki Hirase and Tomohiko Ikeuchi, who joined the team at the same time in 1996.

Coach Yanagisawa started the match wearing the captain's armband. In the 17th minute, he scored the opening goal with a right-footed shot, picking up a rebound from Araiwa-san's shot.

During halftime, the Antlers Service Award ceremony was held. He received a commemorative shield along with Nakata C.R.O and Araiwa-san.

Also during halftime, commemorative gifts were presented, including a voucher for Ibaraki's specialty gourmet foods from Ibaraki Football Association Chairman Toru Unno, and 200,000 yen worth of LIXIL Viva gift certificates from LIXIL Corporation.

In the second half, he came on as a substitute and assisted Koki's goal in the 64th minute. Furthermore, just before the end of the match, he earned a penalty kick with a sharp dribble, setting up Nakata C.R.O's goal.
