・Exchange vouchers cannot be used for admission. The ticket exchange voucher is a lottery ticket. After the lottery, it will be exchanged for the winning ticket.
・This ticket is not eligible for the seat change service.
・This event is for Antlers supporters. Please note in advance that depending on the winning seating category, it may not be possible to watch the match while wearing visitor goods.
・It may not be possible to select the North or South side for the winning seat.
・Groups of 5 or more may not be able to be accommodated in the same seating category, so please understand.
Free admission for all elementary school children nationwide for all home games
From the 2024 season, all elementary school children nationwide can watch all home games held at Kashima Stadium for free in certain seating categories. This is a great deal for families attending matches, so please take advantage of this opportunity.

■Entry with IC card or app membership card possible
Annual ticket holders can enter directly with their IC card or app membership card.
■Tickets can be purchased at SÓCIO/Fan Club advance sale prices
In addition to your reserved annual seat, you can purchase tickets at SÓCIO/Fan Club advance sale prices. Purchases are possible from the release timing of each membership tier.
■Ticket transfer service available
For matches you cannot attend, you can use the ticket transfer service. Ticket transfers should be done from the "Ticket List/QR Issuance" in the account menu of "Kashima Ticket". For instructions on how to use the service, please refer to here.
■For SÓCIO members
・Personal Choice applications are available from the fan club member advance sale date.
・You can use the resale system for your annual tickets. Please refer to here for instructions on how to use it.
*SÓCIO Royal and corporate paper tickets are not eligible.
About same-day ticket sales at the stadium
On the day of the match, tickets can be purchased at the same-day ticket counter outside the stadium.

■Notes
・If tickets are sold out, same-day tickets will not be sold at the stadium. Also, if certain seating categories are sold out, those categories will not be sold at the stadium.
・When purchasing same-day tickets at the stadium, you can choose the seating category, but you cannot specify the seat location.
・An additional handling fee of 200 yen (tax included) per ticket will be charged for same-day tickets.
・It takes approximately 10 minutes for ticket issuance to data reflection on the gate terminal. If purchasing tickets at the same-day ticket window, please allow ample time for your arrival.
・Tickets can be purchased from "Kashima Ticket" even on the day of the match. The same-day ticket counter may be crowded, so please use "Kashima Ticket".
■Regarding preschool children
For preschool children, if they are watching on the lap of an accompanying person, one preschool child per accompanying person does not require a ticket, regardless of the seating category. If a seat is required, a separate ticket will be necessary.

■About B Parking Ticket Sales
・Parking tickets for standard cars in the Kashima Soccer Stadium B parking lot will be sold for 1,000 yen (tax included) by advance reservation. You cannot use the parking lot without a parking ticket.
・Please purchase parking tickets in advance from "Kashima Ticket". They will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis until the day of the match, up to the number of available parking spaces.
・On the day of the match, please come to the B parking lot entrance and scan your purchased parking ticket at the staff's dedicated terminal to enter the parking lot.
・Due to the parking space, only standard passenger cars can use the B parking lot.
