Rules to know when watching a game at Mercari Stadium!

J.League Uniform Prohibited Conduct Rules and Kashima Antlers Match Operation Management Regulations

Kashima Antlers and the J.League conduct safety management and security operations for matches based on the Match Operation Management Regulations, in order to provide a safe and comfortable stadium experience.

When attending a match, please observe the Match Operation Management Regulations.

Please note that the Match Operation Management Regulations differ depending on the host club and the tournament.

Re-entry Information

At Mercali Stadium, re-entry gates are located at Gate 1, NIPPON STEEL Gate (Gate 2), Gate 5, Gate 6, and the wheelchair-accessible gate.

*Paper tickets other than the above and visitor-only seats are not eligible.

Temporary Exit and Re-entry Procedures

What to prepare:
A ticket valid for re-entry (e-ticket or paper ticket with barcode)

How to exit temporarily:
At the temporary exit gates inside Gate 1, NIPPON STEEL Gate (Gate 2), Gate 5, Gate 6, and the Wheelchair Accessible Gate, please scan your re-entry valid ticket on the terminal.

[How to Re-enter]
At the re-entry gate, hold the re-entry ticket that you used when you exited temporarily over the terminal.

Notes

・When temporarily exiting and re-entering, please scan the same re-entry enabled ticket (e-ticket or paper ticket with barcode) used for initial admission, as authentication will be required.
・The "Re-entry Only Entrance" is exclusively for those re-entering. For your first entry after arrival, please use any gate other than the designated re-entry entrance.
・Please be aware that a baggage inspection will be conducted again upon re-entry, and we appreciate your cooperation.
・Customers in visitor-only seating cannot re-enter. We appreciate your understanding.
・Customers with re-entry enabled tickets may re-enter through Gate 1, NIPPON STEEL Gate, Gate 5, or Gate 6.
・The wheelchair-accessible gate is exclusively for those using wheelchair seating.

Cheering Rules Using Large Flags

The use of large flags in the front row of the lower-level area, Supporters' Seats Home Side Stand, is permitted under the following conditions:
・Kashima Antlers Supporters: Use of large flags in the front row is by advance registration (※).
・Away Supporters: Use is only permitted in designated areas.

※About Advance Registration
Supporters who wish to use large flags at Mercari Stadium should first contact the Kashima Antlers Call Center (support@antlers.co.jp) with 1. Your Name, 2. Your Address, and 3. Your Phone Number. The person in charge will then contact you regarding procedures on the match day.

※Definition of Large Flags: Refers to flags larger than the commercially available L-flag (1,015mm x 1,575mm) (L-flags are not included).

Regarding Kashima Antlers supporters' large flag cheering at away games

For away games, please follow the match operation rules set by the home club.
