We would like to inform you about same-day ticket sales for the 2022 Meiji Yasuda J1 League Matchweek 25 game against Avispa Fukuoka, which will be held on Sunday, August 14th. While same-day tickets are available for purchase at Kashima Soccer Stadium, the same-day ticket counter may be crowded. Therefore, to ensure smooth entry, we recommend purchasing tickets in advance through Kashi-Ticket before arriving at the stadium. Please note that ticket upgrade services will not be available. This match has been designated as a "Voice-Supported Cheering Operation Verification Match," and based on the J.League's COVID-19 Response Guidelines and the government's basic action policy, the stadium capacity will be capped at 50%, with some seats designated as "voice-supported cheering areas" for ticket sales. Please be aware that this match will operate under different rules and viewing conditions than usual matches, and purchase your tickets accordingly. Please note that for all seating areas, excluding the "voice-supported cheering areas," normal seating arrangements will be in effect without spacing between seats. Furthermore, to reduce the risk of infection, we will eliminate face-to-face contact with staff (ticket tearing) and will only accept "electronic tickets (QR tickets)" and "barcode authentication tickets (paper tickets)" which allow for the collection of individual contact information from attendees.

Tickets can be purchased at the same-day ticket counter (event window) at the stadium on the day of the match. Please confirm the precautions below before purchasing tickets.

■ Precautions
・When purchasing, you will be required to fill out your "name," "contact information," and "address" at the counter, and present identification documents such as a driver's license.
・Personal information may be provided to public health centers, etc., to the extent necessary, if an infected person or suspected infected person is found at Kashima Soccer Stadium.
・You cannot specify seats such as the front row or aisle seats.
・When purchasing same-day tickets at the stadium, an additional handling fee of 200 yen (tax included) per ticket will be charged to the same-day ticket price.
・Visitor-only seats are not sold at the stadium's same-day ticket counter. If you wish to watch from visitor-only seats, please purchase them through Kashi-Ticket.
・It takes approximately 10 minutes for ticket issuance data to be reflected in the gate terminals. If you purchase tickets at the stadium's same-day ticket counter, please arrive with plenty of time to spare.

*1. If you wish to use wheelchair-accessible seating
・If a wheelchair user wishes to use a dedicated viewing space, the ticket purchased will be a "wheelchair seat". One attendant is allowed free entry.
・It is not possible to watch the match from a wheelchair in seats other than the dedicated viewing space.
・Advance reservations are required for the viewing space and parking. Reservations will be accepted starting from the first day of member pre-sale (SÓCIO pre-sale) for each match you wish to attend.
・As the number of wheelchair seats is limited, please be sure to purchase your ticket via Kashi-Ticket before making a parking reservation.
・On the day of the match, please come to the reception desk next to the dedicated wheelchair parking (D parking lot) on the back stand side. After reception, you will enter through Gate 5. At that time, you will receive the attendant's ticket (QR).
・Season ticket members can select wheelchair seats and purchase them for 0 yen.

*2. Regarding B parking ticket sales
・B parking will be by advance reservation, and parking tickets will be sold. If you wish to use it, please purchase a B parking ticket (QR ticket, paper ticket) from Kashi-Ticket and come to the B parking lot. At the B parking lot entrance, hold your purchased ticket over the One-Touch Pass terminal to enter.
・You will not be able to use B parking without purchasing a ticket in advance. Also, it cannot be purchased at the stadium's same-day ticket counter. If there is availability, you can purchase it from Kashi-Ticket on the day of the match.

*For pre-school children not occupying a seat, one pre-school child per accompanying adult does not require a ticket. If a seat is occupied, a separate ticket is required (if you choose Supporters' Seat Home, the child/junior high/high school fee applies).

*To those who purchased QR tickets or paper tickets (barcode authentication) via Kashi-Ticket (J.League Ticket)
Entry to Kashima Antlers home games will be direct entry by scanning the QR code or paper ticket at each gate.
