・When purchasing, it is necessary to fill in your "Name," "Contact Information," and "Address" at the counter, and present identification documents such as a driver's license.
・Personal information may be provided to public health centers, etc., to the extent necessary, if an infected person or suspected infected person is found at Kashima Soccer Stadium.
・You cannot specify seats such as the front row or aisle seats.
・When purchasing same-day tickets at the stadium, an additional fee of 200 yen (tax included) per ticket will be charged in addition to the same-day ticket price.
・Visitor-only seats are not sold at the stadium's same-day ticket sales counter. If you wish to watch from visitor-only seats, please purchase them through Kashima Ticket.

*1. When using wheelchair accessible seats
・If a person in a wheelchair uses the dedicated viewing space, the ticket purchased will be a "wheelchair seat" ticket. One accompanying person can enter for free.
・You cannot watch the match while remaining in a wheelchair in seats other than the dedicated viewing space.
・Advance reservations are required to use the viewing space and parking.
・As the number of wheelchair seats is limited, please be sure to purchase tickets through Kashima Ticket and then make an advance parking reservation.
・On the day of the match, please come to the reception desk next to the wheelchair-accessible parking lot (D parking lot) on the backstand side. After reception, you will enter through Gate 5. At that time, you will be given the accompanying person's ticket (QR).
・Season ticket holders can select wheelchair seats and purchase them for 0 yen.

*2. About B Parking Ticket Sales
・B Parking Lot will be by advance reservation, and parking tickets will be sold. If you wish to use it, please purchase a B Parking Ticket (QR ticket, paper ticket) from Kashima Ticket and come to the B Parking Lot. At the entrance of the B Parking Lot, present your purchased ticket to the One-Touch Pass terminal for entry.
・You cannot use the B Parking Lot unless you purchase a ticket in advance. Also, you cannot purchase it at the stadium's same-day ticket sales counter. If there are still spots available, you can purchase it through Kashima Ticket on the day of the match.
*For preschool children who do not occupy a seat, one preschool child per accompanying adult does not require a ticket. If they occupy a seat, a separate ticket is required (if you choose Supporters' Seats Home, child/student prices apply).
