You can purchase your desired seat type (Category 1-6 reserved seats) by paying the ticket price (special price) for the target seat type on the day of the match.

*Tickets for "Multi-angle Video Experience Seat (Invitation)/West Zone" are not eligible for the upgrade service. Please watch the match from the seat indicated on your ticket.

■How to Purchase Tickets
1) Please come to the event counter with your 2nd-floor ticket (QR or paper ticket).
2) Fill out the dedicated form for customer information at the counter and submit it.
3) Hold your 2nd-floor ticket over the dedicated terminal at the counter.
4) Pay the ticket fee. You will receive a paper ticket for the changed 1st-floor seat.
5) Hold the barcode part of the paper ticket over the terminal at the entrance gate to enter the stadium.
■Notes
・When applying for a seat change, you will be asked to fill out a form with necessary customer information. Personal information may be provided to public health centers, etc., to the extent necessary, if a person infected with or suspected of having an infectious disease is found at Kashima Soccer Stadium.
・There is a limited number of tickets, and sales will end once they run out. We cannot guarantee specific seats such as front row or aisle seats.
・If you wish to upgrade multiple tickets, it may not be possible to arrange adjacent seats depending on the seat type. We appreciate your understanding.
・Changes cannot be made on any day other than the match day.
・There is no discount for fan club members.
・If you change your seat, you will no longer be able to enter with your original 2nd-floor ticket. Please enter with the paper ticket provided at the time of payment.
