■Capacity-Controlled Match (with Spectators)
As part of measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19, the match will be held with a capacity limit of 50% (approximately 20,000 people). Seats will be assigned with one empty seat to the left, right, front, and back (checkerboard pattern), with all seats being reserved. In order to reduce the risk of infection, face-to-face contact with staff (ticket tearing) will be eliminated, and only "electronic tickets (Kashima Ticket QR tickets)" and "barcode authentication tickets (Kashima Ticket paper tickets)" which allow for the acquisition of individual contact information of attendees, will be operated.

・As per J.League ticket sales rules for capacity-controlled matches, you must provide your "name," "contact information," and "address" at the counter when purchasing, and present identification documents such as a driver's license.
・Personal information may be provided to public health centers, etc., to the extent necessary if a person with or suspected of having an infectious disease is found at Kashima Soccer Stadium.
・You cannot specify seats such as the front row or aisle seats.
・When purchasing tickets on the day at the stadium, an additional handling fee of 200 yen (tax included) per ticket will be charged to the on-the-day ticket price.

*For pre-school children who do not occupy a seat, one pre-school child per accompanying adult does not require a ticket. Seating is arranged with a certain distance between seats, and generally, the adjacent seat will be empty. However, to maintain optimal distance, pre-school children should sit together with their guardians in the seats purchased by the guardians. If a seat is occupied, a separate ticket is required (child/student price if choosing Supporters' Seats).
