For matches with capacity restrictions, you cannot watch the match from the seat indicated on your ticket or IC card. You must select a viewing seat for each match from the "Shika Ticket" web ticket purchase site and obtain a ticket. If you do not obtain a viewing ticket in advance, you will not be able to watch the match, so please be sure to specify your viewing seat for each match.
*To use the "Shika Ticket" web ticket purchase site, each person needs to register for a J.League ID.
〇How to get tickets
Step 1: J.League ID registration
Step 2: Linking J.League ID and Fan Club membership number (One-touch Pass ID)
Step 3: Apply for tickets for your desired match on "Shika Ticket" (Please do this for each match)
*If you have already completed Steps 1 and 2, you can proceed from Step 3.
Step 1: How to register for a J.League ID*If you already have a J.League ID, you do not need to register a new one. Please proceed to Step 2.

From the menu in the upper right, press the "User Registration" button.

Enter the email address you want to register and press the "Send Email" button.
4.
Access the link in the email sent to your registered email address. Enter your account information on the form that appears.
5.
Set Kashima Antlers as your favorite club, check "Receive emails," and press the "Register" button to complete registration.
*Various information will be sent to your registered email address from the club you registered as a favorite. We recommend allowing email reception as we will also provide information exclusive to fan club members.
Step 2: Linking your J.League ID and Fan Club membership number (One-touch Pass ID)*If you have already linked your J.League ID and Fan Club membership number, you do not need to set up a new link, so please proceed to Step 3.

Access the "Shika Ticket" web ticket purchase site on your smartphone or PC and log in with your registered J.League ID. (The screen capture is from a smartphone.)

From the menu in the upper right, press the "One-touch Pass ID (Club Issued Membership Number) Settings" button.

Press the "Add One-touch Pass ID" button.
*If you have already linked your One-touch Pass, your registered fan club grade will be displayed on this screen.

Select "Kashima Antlers" on the club selection screen and press the "Enter One-touch Pass ID" button.
5.
Enter the fan club membership number (One-touch Pass ID) written on your membership card.
*Please enter the number written on your 2021 season card.
6.
Enter the date of birth you registered when you joined the fan club.
7.
Confirm that the membership number and fan club grade information to be linked to your J.League ID are correct, then press the "Next" button.
8.
Confirm that there are no changes to the information registered with your J.League ID, then press the "Complete" button.
9.
The process is complete when the "Registration is complete" screen appears.
Step 3: Apply for tickets for your desired match on "Shika Ticket" (for each match) *For SOCIO members

Access the "Shika Ticket" web ticket purchase site on your smartphone or PC. Log in with your J.League ID linked to your fan club membership number and select the match you wish to watch.

Press the button for your desired seat type.
*You can select seats at or below the seat type you held as an annual ticket.
*Due to capacity limits, your desired seat may not be available.

From the displayed options, choose the one that says "★[0 yen purchase] SOCIO Gold★".
*Be sure to select the option that says "0 yen" and your "membership grade."
*The displayed options may vary depending on the match.
4.
Confirm your fan club grade and fan club membership number (One-touch Pass ID) that you linked in Step 2, then select "Next."
5.
If you want to select your seat, press "Select Seat".
*If you have no preference, press "Select quantity without seat assignment".
6.
Select your desired area.
7.
From the light blue options, choose your preferred seat.
8.
Confirm the displayed information and press "Select".
10.
The temporarily reserved ticket information will be displayed. Confirm the details and press the "Proceed to purchase procedure" button.
11.
Select your payment method and ticket reception method, fill in the necessary information, and press the "Proceed to next" button. If you are only acquiring 0 yen seats, only "No payment (free)" will be displayed as the payment method, and only "QR ticket" will be displayed as the ticket reception method.
12.
Please confirm your purchase information and various terms of use, check the "Agree to terms of use" checkbox, and press the "Confirm purchase" button to complete the acquisition. If you are acquiring tickets for accompanying persons, select the same seat type from 2., choose the option that includes your "membership grade," and repeat steps from 4. onward.
*During matches with a 5,000-person capacity limit, you can purchase 4 paid tickets, and during matches with a 50% capacity limit, you can purchase 12 paid tickets.
Step 4: Issue the obtained QR ticket.

Access the "Shika Ticket" web ticket purchase site.

Open the menu in the upper right and tap "Ticket List / QR Issuance".

Tap the match you want to issue a ticket for.

Tap the QR ticket you want to issue.
5.
Tap the "Issue QR" button.
6.
QR code issuance is complete.
