As part of the measures to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus, these matches will have a 50% capacity limit, with seats arranged to maintain spacing (checkerboard pattern), leaving one seat empty to the front, back, left, and right, and all seats will be reserved. Additionally, to reduce the risk of infection, we will eliminate face-to-face contact with staff (ticket tearing) that occurs with paper tickets, and will only operate with "electronic tickets (Kashima Ticket QR tickets)", which allow us to obtain individual contact information for visitors.

・If a person using a wheelchair wishes to use the dedicated viewing space, the ticket to be purchased is "Wheelchair Seating". One accompanying person can enter for free.
・Watching from a wheelchair is not permitted in seats other than the dedicated viewing space.
・Advance reservation is required to use the viewing space and parking. Reservations will be accepted starting from the first day of advance sales for members (SÓCIO advance) for each match you wish to attend. As the number of wheelchair-accessible seats is limited, please make sure to purchase your ticket through the web ticket sales "Kashima Ticket" and then make a parking reservation. The deadline for reservations is two days before the scheduled match day.
・On the day of the match, please come to the reception desk next to the wheelchair-accessible parking lot (D parking lot) on the back stand side. After reception, you will enter through Gate 5. At that time, you will be given a ticket (QR) for your accompanying person.
・SÓCIO members and season ticket members can select wheelchair seating and purchase it for 0 yen.

・For matches with capacity restrictions, B parking will be by advance reservation, and parking tickets will be sold. At the B parking lot entrance, scan your purchased QR ticket at the One-Touch Pass terminal to enter.

For matches with capacity restrictions, you cannot watch from the seat indicated on your current ticket or IC card. You must select a viewing seat for each match from the web ticket purchase site "Kashima Ticket" and obtain a ticket. If you do not obtain a viewing ticket in advance, you will not be able to attend the match, so please be sure to designate your viewing seat for each match.
