Following the easing of restrictions on the number of spectators announced by the J.League on Thursday, September 24, the two home games in December will continue to be held with a maximum capacity of 50% of the stadium's total capacity (approximately 20,000 people). Please note that ticketing and fan/supporter guidelines will be operated under "strict vigilance."
Under "strict vigilance" (50% capacity restriction), annual ticket (SÓCIO/season ticket) holders can attend by selecting their viewing seats from "Kashima Ticket" (*).
* You can obtain tickets for the same category as or a lower category than your purchased annual ticket for free (excluding "Visitor-only Seats").

■Ticket acquisition and sales schedule for matches with capacity restrictions
We will guide SÓCIO, season ticket holders, fan club members, and the general public in that order.
Sales have been changed to start two weeks before the match day, starting from the October home games.
* By linking your fan club membership number and J.League ID, you can select your viewing seat from Kashima Ticket and acquire one ticket for free. You can additionally purchase up to 12 tickets per match at the fan club member advance price. Additional purchases (paid) by season ticket holders will be available at the same time as the general release.
*The application date for Personal Choice will be from the fan club member advance sale date (10 days before the match day).
