For matches with attendance restrictions, you cannot watch from the seat indicated on your ticket or IC card. You must select your viewing seat and obtain a ticket from the web ticket purchasing site "Kashima Tickets" for each match. If you do not obtain a viewing ticket in advance, you will not be able to watch the match, so please be sure to specify your viewing seat for each match.
※To use the web ticket purchasing site "Kashima Tickets", each person must register for a J.League ID.

New registration using email addressTap "User Registration (Free)" to register your account.

Set Kashima Antlers as your favorite club, check "Receive emails," and tap the registration button to complete registration.
※Various information will be sent from your registered favorite club to your registered email address or the email address linked to your external account. We recommend allowing email reception as we will also provide information exclusive to fan club members.
Step 2: Link your J.League ID and Fan Club Membership Number (One-Touch Pass ID)※If you have already linked your J.League ID and Fan Club Membership Number, you do not need to do so again. Please proceed to
Step 3.

Access the web ticket purchasing site
"Kashima Tickets" on your smartphone or PC and log in with your registered J.League ID.
2.
From the menu in the upper right corner, click the "One-Touch Pass ID Settings" button.

Click the "Add One-Touch Pass ID" button.
※If you have already linked your One-Touch Pass, your registered fan club grade will be displayed on this screen.
4.
On the club selection screen, select "Kashima Antlers" and click the "Enter One-Touch Pass ID" button.
5.
Enter the fan club membership number (One-Touch Pass ID) written on your membership card.
※Please enter the number written on your 2020 season card.
6.
Enter your date of birth registered when you joined the fan club.
7.
Confirm that the membership number and fan club grade information to be linked to your J.League ID are correct, then click "Next".
8.
Confirm that there are no changes to the information registered in your J.League ID, then click the "Complete" button.
9.
The process is complete when the "Registration completed" screen is displayed.
Step 3: Apply for tickets for your desired match on "Kashima Tickets" (Please complete for each match) ※For SÓCIO
1.
Access the web ticket purchasing site
"Kashima Tickets" on your smartphone or PC. Log in with your J.League ID linked to your fan club membership number and select the match you wish to attend.
2.
Click the button for your desired seat type.
※You can select seats at or below the seat type you held as a season ticket.
※Due to limited capacity, your desired seat may not be available.
3.
From the displayed options, select the one that says "★[0 yen purchase] SÓCIO Gold★".
※Be sure to select the option that says "0 yen" and your "membership grade".
※The displayed options may vary depending on the match.
4.
Confirm your fan club grade and fan club membership number (One-Touch Pass ID) that you linked in Step 2, then select "Next".
5.
Select the number of tickets to obtain.
※Only one ticket can be obtained for 0 yen.
6.
Information about your temporarily reserved tickets will be displayed. If you wish to purchase additional seats, click the "Search for other seats" button.
※The following steps are for purchasing additional seats. If you are only getting the 0-yen seat, click the "Proceed to checkout" button.
7.
From the seat selection screen, choose the seats you wish to purchase together. If you wish to watch from the same seat type, select the option that says your "membership grade." Then, follow steps 4, 5, and 6.
※When attendance is 5,000, you can purchase one paid ticket. When attendance is 20,000, you can purchase up to four paid tickets.
8.
Information about your temporarily reserved tickets will be displayed. If you do not wish to purchase any more tickets, click the "Proceed to checkout" button.
9.
Select your payment method and ticket reception method, fill in the required information, and click the "Proceed to next step" button.
※During the attendance restriction period, tickets can only be received as QR tickets.
※If you are only obtaining a 0-yen seat, only "No payment (free)" will be displayed as the payment method.
※The content of the required information will vary depending on the payment method. The image is an example for credit card payment.
10.
Review your purchase information and terms of service, check the "Agree to terms of service" checkbox, and click the "Confirm purchase" button to complete your purchase.
11.
Open the "Kashima Tickets" menu and click "Ticket List / QR Issuance."
12.
Click on the match for which you want to issue a ticket.
13.
Click on the QR ticket you wish to issue.
14.
Click the "Issue QR" button.
15.
QR code issuance is complete.
