As part of measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19, these matches will be held at 50% capacity, with all seats designated and spaced out (checkerboard pattern) with one seat left empty to the front, back, left, and right. To reduce the risk of infection, we will eliminate face-to-face contact with staff (ticket tearing) that occurs with paper tickets and will only use "electronic tickets ("Shika Ticket" QR tickets)" which allow us to obtain individual contact information for visitors.

If a pre-school child does not occupy a seat, one pre-school child per accompanying adult does not require a ticket. Seating is arranged with a certain distance between seats, and generally, the adjacent seat will be empty. However, to maintain optimal distance, pre-school children should sit together with their guardians in the seats purchased by the guardians. If a seat is occupied, a separate ticket is required (child/student fare applies if selecting West Zone, East Zone, or Supporters' Seat).

・If a wheelchair user uses the dedicated viewing space, the ticket to be purchased will be a "wheelchair seat". One attendant can enter for free.

・Advance reservation is required for using the viewing space and parking lot. Reservations will be accepted starting from the first day of member pre-sale (SÓCIO pre-sale) for each match you wish to attend. As the number of wheelchair seats is limited, please be sure to purchase your ticket through "Shika Ticket" (web ticket sales) and then make a reservation for parking in advance. The reservation deadline is two days before the scheduled match day.
・On the day of the match, please come to the reception desk next to the wheelchair-accessible parking lot (D parking lot) on the back stand side. After reception, you will enter through Gate 5. At that time, you will receive the attendant's ticket (QR).
・SÓCIO members and season ticket members can select wheelchair seating and purchase it for 0 yen.

・For matches with capacity restrictions, B parking will be by advance reservation, and parking tickets will be sold. For matches with capacity restrictions, you cannot watch the game from the seat indicated on your existing ticket or IC card. You must select a viewing seat for each match from the "Shika Ticket" web ticket purchase site and obtain a ticket. If you do not obtain a viewing ticket in advance, you will not be able to watch the game, so please be sure to specify your viewing seat for each match.
For the three matches in November (November 14, 25, 29), SÓCIO members and season ticket members can obtain one free ticket for the same category or lower than their annual ticket.
