*For preschool children who do not occupy a seat, one preschool child per accompanying adult does not require a ticket. Seating is arranged with a certain distance between seats, and generally, the adjacent seat will be empty. However, to maintain optimal distance, preschool children should sit with their guardians in the seats purchased by the guardians. If a seat is occupied by a preschool child, a separate ticket is required (child/student price if choosing Supporters' Seat Home or Visitor-only Seat).

・If a person in a wheelchair uses the dedicated viewing space, the ticket to be purchased is a "wheelchair seat." One accompanying person can enter free of charge.

・Advance reservations are required to use the viewing space and parking. Reservations will be accepted from the first day of member pre-sale (SÓCIO pre-sale) for each match you wish to attend.
・As the number of wheelchair seats is limited, please be sure to purchase tickets from the web ticket sales "KASHIMA TICKET" before making parking reservations.
・On the day of the match, please come to the reception next to the wheelchair-accessible parking lot (D parking lot) on the backstand side. After reception, you will enter from Gate 5. At that time, you will be given an accompanying person's ticket (QR).
・SÓCIO members and season ticket members can select wheelchair seats and purchase them for 0 yen.
