・If fraudulent acquisition of tickets is detected, the tickets will be invalidated. Account usage restrictions may also be imposed.
・Resale of these free tickets is strictly prohibited. If resale is confirmed, the tickets will be invalidated.
■Application and Admission Method
1) Select the eligible seat type on "Shika Ticket" to obtain a free ticket and issue a QR ticket.
2) On the match day, hold the QR ticket over the dedicated terminal at the entrance gate to enter.

Kashima Antlers does not permit ticket resale transactions outside of the official resale service. Furthermore, purchasing tickets for the purpose of illegal resale is strictly prohibited. If it is determined that tickets have been purchased for the purpose of illegal resale, the tickets may be invalidated, account usage restricted, or membership suspended.

■Important Notes
・If tickets are sold out, same-day tickets will not be sold at the stadium. Also, if any seat types are sold out, those seat types will not be sold at the stadium.
・When purchasing same-day tickets at the stadium, you can choose the seat type, but you cannot specify the seat location.
・An additional handling fee of 200 yen (tax included) per ticket will be charged for same-day tickets.
・It takes approximately 10 minutes for ticket issuance and data reflection on the gate terminals. If you are purchasing tickets at the same-day ticket counter, please allow ample time for your arrival.
・Even on match day, you can purchase tickets from "Shika Ticket." The same-day ticket counter may be crowded, so please use "Shika Ticket."
■For preschool-aged children
For preschool-aged children, if they will be sitting on the lap of an accompanying adult, one preschool-aged child per accompanying adult does not require a ticket, regardless of the seat type. If a seat is required, a separate ticket will be necessary.
