How to Purchase Tickets
*Sales will be for exchange vouchers.
(1) Please select "Raging Battle Together: Autumn's 5 Mercari Stadium Matches! October 5-Game Ticket Set" from the match selection screen on "Kashi Tickets".
(2) Select your desired seat type, membership grade, and number of seats, then purchase the exchange voucher. After selecting your membership grade, you can specify your preferred seat location by selecting "Specify seats."

■Ticket Exchange Method
Please bring your purchased "5-Game Exchange Voucher" (QR ticket or paper ticket) to the same-day ticket sales counter outside the stadium on the day of the match. You will exchange it for an IC card (with the original ticket design) that allows entry to the target matches. One IC card will be issued per exchange voucher.

■Ticket Exchange Times and Location
October 9 (Friday) 16:00 - 20:00 (1 hour before gates open - second half kick-off)
Same-day ticket sales counter outside the stadium (South Stand side)
*On other match days, ticket exchanges will also be conducted from 1 hour before gates open until the second half kick-off. Please note that refunds for un-watched matches are not available.
■About Tickets for the Pohang Steelers Match (October 28)
An email will be sent on October 1 to those who purchased this ticket set. You can obtain tickets for the same area as your purchased seat type, for the number of seats you purchased. Please check the email for details on how to acquire them.
*Please note that the seat location for this match may differ from the other four matches.
■Important Notes
・Entry to the stadium is not possible with the "exchange voucher" issued at the time of purchase. Please be sure to stop by the same-day ticket sales counter to receive your entry ticket (IC card) before entering.
・All target seat types are reserved seats. Please specify your seat location by selecting "Specify seats" when purchasing via "Kashi Tickets". If you complete the purchase by selecting "Proceed to quantity selection without specifying seats," you may not be seated next to each other. Cancellations after purchase are not possible, so please be aware of this beforehand.
・Sales will end once the planned number of tickets has been reached.
・For the Pohang Steelers match (October 28), entry to the stadium with an IC card is not possible. Please be sure to obtain a separate QR ticket before entering.
・If some of the target matches are canceled or postponed, you can use this ticket to watch substitute matches. However, please note that refunds will not be issued for only a portion of the matches.
・Lost or damaged exchange vouchers and entry tickets will not be reissued. Please keep your tickets carefully.
