Urawa Match (8/17) Traffic Information and Egress Route

We would like to inform you about transportation information for the 2024 Meiji Yasuda J1 League Matchweek 27 match against Urawa Reds, to be held on Saturday, August 17th.

A large number of spectators are expected to attend this match. Each mode of transportation is also expected to be crowded, so if you are planning to attend, please check the transportation information and arrive early, allowing plenty of time, aiming to arrive by two hours before kickoff (16:00).
Please refrain from unauthorized parking in surrounding commercial facilities or on the street.

Bus

■Reservation-only direct bus service
We operate reservation-only direct bus services from various locations.

■Highway bus
Tokyo Station to Kashima area
You can board without a reservation, but it is expected to be very crowded, so we recommend using it early. In particular, it is expected to be crowded about 4 to 5 hours before the first half kickoff (around 13:00 to 14:00).

Please note that all highway buses departing from Tokyo Station for Kashima Jingu Station between 6 hours before kickoff (12:00) and 2 hours before kickoff (16:00) will be extended to Kashima Soccer Stadium.

In addition, there are also reservation-only direct buses departing from and arriving at various stations, so please use these as well.

For the return trip, please note that the number of buses is limited.

*After the match ends, buses will depart sequentially. The last departure is scheduled for approximately 30 minutes after the match ends, so please be careful not to miss your bus.

Buses operate at approximately 30-minute intervals from 12:00 until before the first half kickoff.

Train

On the day of the match, Kashima Rinkai Railway will make temporary stops at Kashima Soccer Stadium Station. Please note that IC cards for transportation cannot be used for the Mito direction.

Car

The roads from Itako Interchange and to the stadium are expected to be very congested from about 3 hours before the match starts. Also, after the match ends, it may take more than an hour to exit from the parking lots around the stadium. To alleviate traffic congestion, we ask for your cooperation in using public transportation or carpooling to come to the stadium.
Please refrain from unauthorized parking in surrounding commercial facilities or on the street.

Motorcycle/Bicycle

Bicycle parking is available in the yellow area shown on the map below. Parking in other areas is prohibited.

Also, it is very dangerous to enter from intersections or crosswalks, so please refrain from doing so. On sidewalks, please always dismount from your vehicle and push it.

About the exit flow from Gate 5

Due to the expected large number of visitors for this match, Gate 5 and the intersection in front of the stadium are expected to be extremely crowded, especially after the match. Crowd control will be implemented, so please follow the guidance of staff.

Additionally, we ask for your cooperation in dispersing your exit through Gates 3, 4, and 6.
