■Prize Handover Method
・For 1st and 2nd prize winners
Prizes will be mailed to the address provided in the dedicated form.
・For 3rd to 5th prize winners
Prizes will be handed over at the fan club booth during the following 2024 Meiji Yasuda J1 League home games:
・September 14, 2024 (Sat) Matchday 30 vs Sanfrecce Hiroshima
・September 21, 2024 (Sat) Matchday 31 vs Kashiwa Reysol
・October 19, 2024 (Sat) Matchday 34 vs Avispa Fukuoka
・November 9, 2024 (Sat) Matchday 36 vs Nagoya Grampus
■Notes
・A J.LEAGUE ID is required to apply. Please apply using the J.LEAGUE ID linked to your membership number.
・If you apply multiple times, all applications after the first will be invalid.
・Regardless of winning, 1 attendance point will be consumed at the time of application.
・Applications cannot be cancelled after submission.
・If you do not have any attendance points, your application will be invalid even if submitted via the form.
・Prizes for 3rd to 5th place will be handed over at home games held at Kashima Stadium during the handover period. No other handover methods are available, so please be aware of this beforehand.
