On the second day of our Hong Kong expedition, after breakfast, we observed the official practice of FC Seoul, who we will play in our third match. The weather was unfortunately rainy, with occasional thunder. After observing their practice, Antlers held their official practice for one hour.
The SOCCER SEVENS consists of two tournaments: the MAIN TOURNAMENT with 16 teams made up of players aged 16 and over, and the MASTERS TOURNAMENT with 10 teams made up of players aged 35 and over. It's a 7-a-side format (including goalkeeper) with up to 3 substitutions allowed. Each team registers 10 players. Matches are 7 minutes per half with a 1-minute halftime. The MAIN TOURNAMENT, in which Antlers are participating, divides the 16 teams into 4 groups for a preliminary league, with the top two teams advancing to the knockout stage.
The venue is a sports facility located within the grounds of the very large HAPPY VALLEY RACE COURSE.

In the evening, we watched the MASTERS TOURNAMENT, which consists of 10 teams made up of players aged 35 and over.

After dinner, we held a meeting to finalize preparations, including set pieces. The preliminary league starts on May 21st. All kick-off times are local times.
