【Payment Method】
・Click the URL attached to the payment guidance email sent after completing the application and proceed with payment on the tryout participation fee payment site.
・After payment is completed, you will receive a "Ticket Application Confirmation" email from J.League Tickets.
*In addition to various credit card payments, you can also choose to pay at Seven-Eleven stores.
*A system usage fee of 110 yen/ticket, an issuance fee of 110 yen/ticket, and a settlement fee of 220 yen/transaction (only for Seven-Eleven payments) will be charged separately.

【How to Issue Tryout Participation Ticket】
・Please issue the "Tryout Participation Ticket" at a Seven-Eleven store.
*For credit card payments (including d払い, Rakuten Pay, and Yahoo! Wallet), tickets cannot be issued at Seven-Eleven until 24 hours later to prevent fraudulent use.
*If you wish to issue the ticket within 24 hours, such as close to the deadline, please select "Pay at Seven-Eleven."
・On the day of the tryout, please submit the "Tryout Participation Ticket" issued at Seven-Eleven and the "Health Check Sheet" at the reception.
*Please note that refunds for cancellations after payment cannot be made.
【Measures to Prevent COVID-19 Infection】
To prevent COVID-19 infection when participating in the tryouts, we ask that you take your temperature every morning for two weeks before the tryout until the day of the tryout, and fill out the health check sheet.
Please print and fill out the following sheet and submit it at the reception on the day of the event.

【COVID-19 Countermeasure Guidelines】
Please be sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years and older) with a fever of 37.0°C or higher, and minors (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5°C or higher, cannot participate. Furthermore, participation is not permitted if you experience difficulty breathing, fatigue, malaise, or abnormalities in taste or smell.
Participation is also not permitted if the participant or a cohabitant has experienced any of the above health issues within one week prior to the day of participation. Individuals requested to refrain from going out by their school or workplace cannot participate.
When participating, please strictly adhere to the following:
1) Be able to disclose your activity record for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed infection control measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distance and avoid crowded situations. Follow instructions from staff when given.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and return home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Practice cough etiquette even on the pitch, do not spit or blow your nose into your hand.
8) Leave and return home promptly after the event.
【Other】
・A J.League ID (free) is required for application.
・If you wish to participate in tryouts at multiple schools, please apply for each desired school (a participation fee of 3,500 yen (tax included) is required per school).
・Please be sure to take your temperature before departing. Individuals with a fever of 37.5°C or higher will be denied participation.
・Guardian observation is limited to one guardian per player (guardians are also requested to fill out the health check sheet).
・Please wear a mask at all times inside the venue until just before playing.
・Please refrain from unnecessary contact between players as much as possible (handshakes, high-fives, etc.).
・No further guidance or notifications will be sent after application. Please arrive at the venue on time on the day of the tryout.
・If you are unable to attend the tryout date, please enter this in the "Remarks" section of the application form. We will consult with you.
・In case of severe weather, an announcement will be posted on the Antlers Official Website by 22:00 the day before the tryout.
・For injuries sustained during the tryouts, only first aid will be provided. Subsequent costs will be borne by the individual, and the club will not be held responsible.
