・As a measure to prevent the spread of new coronavirus infection, participants are requested to take their temperature every morning and fill out the health check sheet for two weeks prior to the selection trial until the day of the trial.

・Successful applicants will start their activities from June.

Please note that a re-selection will be conducted when advancing to the 3rd grade, so it is not guaranteed that you can automatically advance to the Special Course 3rd grade. All students will undergo re-selection, so please be sure to apply.

[About the New Coronavirus Countermeasures Guidelines]
Please be sure to take your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years or older) with a fever of 37.0°C or higher, and children (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5°C or higher, will not be allowed to participate. Also, if you experience difficulty breathing, fatigue, lethargy, or abnormalities in taste or smell, you will not be allowed to participate.
You will also not be able to participate if you or a cohabitant has experienced any of the above health issues within one week prior to the day of participation.
Those who have been requested to refrain from going out by their educational institution (such as school) or workplace cannot participate.
Please strictly adhere to the following when participating:
1) Be able to disclose your activity log for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing) to the club.
2) Participants understand the risks and have confirmed the infection control measures.
3) Always wear a mask when entering the venue.
4) Maintain social distance and avoid crowding. Follow instructions from the management.
5) If you feel unwell during participation, report it immediately and go home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Observe cough etiquette even on the pitch, do not spit, and do not blow your nose into your hand.
8) Leave and go home promptly after the event.
