Announcement: "Hitachinaka Ashizaki School Trial Class" (May 30) for preschoolers to 6th graders

We would like to inform you that we will be holding the "Hitachinaka Ashizaki School Trial Session" on Monday, May 30th.

This event will be a soccer school conducted in the same manner as a regular school at KTP Sports Park, the venue for the Hitachinaka Ashizaki School which opened in May 2022.

Friends who are new to soccer are very welcome! All participants will receive Antlers merchandise! We look forward to your participation!

・17:00~17:50 Regular Course (Preschoolers (ages 4-5) & Kindergarteners, 1st-2nd Graders)
・17:55~18:55 Game Course (3rd-4th Graders)
・19:00~20:00 Game Course (5th-6th Graders)
※The Game Course is a school focused on games.

[What to Bring]
Clothes suitable for playing soccer, a ball, a water bottle, a change of clothes, health check sheet

※Please measure your body temperature every morning and fill out the health check sheet for two weeks prior to the event until the day of the event. Please submit it at the reception on the day of the event.

・In case of cancellation on the day, we will notify enrolled students via Sgrum and non-enrolled individuals by phone by 15:00.
・Guardians are welcome to observe.
・In case of injury on the day, we will provide first aid. However, please understand that subsequent care will be the responsibility of each household.

[COVID-19 Countermeasure Guidelines]
Please be sure to check your temperature on the day of participation.
On the day of participation, adults (18 years or older) with a fever of 37.0℃ or higher, and children (under 18 years old) with a fever of 37.5°C or higher will not be allowed to participate. Also, individuals experiencing difficulty breathing, fatigue, general malaise, or abnormalities in taste or smell will not be allowed to participate.

If the participant or a cohabitant has experienced any of the above health issues within one week prior to the day of participation, they will not be allowed to participate.
Individuals who have been requested to self-isolate by their educational institution (e.g., school) or workplace will not be allowed to participate.

Please strictly adhere to the following when participating:

1) Be able to disclose to the club your activity history for the past two weeks (when, where, and what you were doing).
2) The participant understands the risks and has confirmed infection prevention measures.
3) Always wear a mask when attending the venue.
4) Maintain social distancing and avoid crowds. If instructed by staff, please follow their directions.
5) If you feel unwell during the event, report it immediately and return home.
6) Prepare your own bottle/water bottle at home and do not use others' (be sure to write your name clearly to prevent mix-ups).
7) Practice cough etiquette even on the pitch; do not spit or blow your nose with your hand.
8) Leave promptly after the event concludes and return home.

※The following individuals are asked to refrain from participating:
・Individuals identified as close contacts.
・Individuals who are currently subject to school closure due to COVID-19.
