Resale service

What is a resale service?

If you have purchased a ticket but are unable to attend an Antlers home game due to unforeseen circumstances, you can use the official resale service on "Kashima Ticket". Please note that there are conditions for using this service, so please be sure to check the details on Kashima Ticket.

Kashima Antlers does not permit ticket resales through any service other than its official resale service. Furthermore, purchasing tickets for the purpose of illegal resale is strictly prohibited. If it is determined that a ticket was purchased for the purpose of illegal resale, the ticket may be invalidated, account usage may be restricted, or membership may be suspended.

Resale availability period

From the general sale date for each match tickets until 23:59 the day before the match

Levain Cup *Excluding the final
*Please note that the target matches may change due to revisions in competition formats.
*Emperor's Cup and AFC-organized competitions are not included.

Sellers and eligible tickets

・Annual passes (IC cards or digital membership cards) held by SÓCIO Premium and SÓCIO (Categories 1-6)
・QR tickets purchased through Shika Ticket (including QR tickets purchased through the season ticket pay-per-use site)

The following tickets are not eligible:
・VIEW BOX, Yuttari Seat, Sofa Seat, Category 5 Special Viewing Box, Wheelchair Seating, various special tickets, B Parking Tickets
・Paper annual passes and QR tickets individually purchased by SÓCIO members through "Shika Ticket" are not eligible.

The following individuals are not eligible for the service:
・SÓCIO Royal
・SÓCIO members who joined as a corporation and chose paper tickets
・SÓCIO wheelchair seating members

How to List an Item

・SÓCIO members must have a J.League ID linked to their SÓCIO membership number. If you joined SÓCIO by means other than the web, please access this page with your J.League ID and confirm your membership number linkage settings.

・To list tickets, you must register a financial institution account for receiving sales proceeds.

Listing Procedure

STEP 1

Access Shika Ticket.

STEP2

From the J.League Ticket menu, select "Ticket List/QR Ticket Issuance"

STEP3

Select the match you want to resell

STEP4

Select "Resale Listing"

STEP 5

Enter the listing price and select "Confirm."

STEP6

Enter account details and select Done

STEP 7

Review the content and select "Decide".

STEP8

If the match you listed appears on the ticket list screen, your listing is complete.

Various fees related to listing

・Resale application fee: 10% of the listing price

・Remittance charge: 200 JPY + tax per transaction

Listing Price

◯ Upper Limit Price

・For SÓCIO members: The total amount of the SÓCIO/Fan Club member advance sale price for the ticket seat type held + various fees

・For Season Ticket Holders (Adults): The total amount of ¥1,000 + various fees

・For Season Ticket Holders (U18): The total amount of ¥500 + various fees

・For others: Purchase price

◯ Lower Limit Price

A uniform price of ¥500

After the resale is completed

・Payment Method: Funds will be transferred to the bank account you registered.

・Payment Schedule: Payment will be made once the event you listed is confirmed.

・Payment Amount: The listing price minus the resale application fee (10% of the listing price) and the transfer processing fee (200 yen + tax).

If you list an item for 4,000 yen and the resale is successful...

4,000 (listing price) - 400 (resale application fee [10% of listing price]) - 220 (remittance processing fee) = 3,380 yen will be deposited

Notes

・If the resale is not completed, the ticket rights will revert to the seller.
・If the resale has not yet been completed, you can cancel it and use the ticket yourself.
・The individual reselling the ticket must complete the procedure themselves. You cannot collectively resell tickets for other people.
