Academy Field

The "Kashima Antlers Academy Field" is widely used for academy activities, including official matches and daily training.

For the construction of the ground, we solicited support from everyone through the crowdfunding project "The Future of Antlers Together," which was implemented in 2021.

With the cooperation of Kashima City, one of our hometowns, this project gathered donations in the form of hometown tax donations, and received endorsement from Itako City, Kamisu City, Namegata City, and Hokota City, which also constitute our hometowns.

Academy House

The Academy House is a boarding facility built in 2019, primarily for youth players aiming to become professionals.

It is also widely used by the entire academy for training camps for various age groups.

Tsukuba Academy Center

 

The Tsukuba Academy Center, completed in 2011, is a facility with one artificial turf soccer pitch and three futsal courts, equipped with locker rooms with showers, a training room, and meeting rooms.

In addition to being a training facility, it also hosts various events and serves as a regional disaster prevention hub, securing power and water in emergencies.
