Antlers' hometown comprises the five Rokko cities: Kashima, Itako, Kamisu, Namegata, and Hokota. At its establishment, five towns and villages served as the hometowns and participated as contributing organizations. Although this region was developed as the Kashima Rinkai Industrial Zone, the development of basic living infrastructure for residents lagged. Antlers was subsequently established to revitalize the region.
