The morning practice consisted of recovery training in the pool. At noon, Koshiki, Misao, and Ueda, who had been called up to the U-23 Japan National Team, rejoined the team. The afternoon practice included these three players, and routine pre-match training such as confirming set plays and recreational games were conducted in preparation for tomorrow's match against Kumamoto.
