On the morning of the fifth day of the Miyazaki training camp, only the goalkeepers trained at the athletic field. The field players had pool training at the hotel's pool.

The afternoon training began with a warm-up, followed by agility training, and then a red-and-white match with shuffled teams. After the match, we also practiced set plays for the first time in this camp.
