Shibasaki, who arrived in Miyazaki last night, immediately started training.

At the indoor facility, they performed strength training using equipment. After warming up with stretching and cycling, the players worked on various exercises under the guidance of Coach Oiwa. Smiles were seen between menus, and the training proceeded in a pleasant atmosphere.

After finishing the indoor menu, the players moved to the field. After warming up with a run, they pushed their bodies with physical training pulling rubber tubes and step work using ladders. The goalkeepers, meanwhile, had a separate menu, including practicing catching shots after stepping.

The second group of players departed their lodgings about 40 minutes later. Similar to the first group, they first performed strength training indoors before moving to the field. The first group returned to their lodgings earlier, and the second group finished all their menus just after 11 AM. Except for the goalkeepers, the morning practice was completed without using a ball.

Camp training day 8 has concluded. Since arriving in Miyazaki, the weather has been mostly mild, and training has progressed smoothly. Two practice sessions are scheduled for tomorrow, and the first external match of the season, the Sky PerfecTV! New Year Cup against Oita, is scheduled for the day after tomorrow.

Motoyama: "Last year I wasn't able to contribute much to the team, so this season I'm setting a goal to contribute to the team, and for the team, of course, to win the championship. In the ACL, first we want to get through the qualifiers, and then fight well as a team to win the championship."

Endo: "I want to win all titles this year, so please support us."
