This is an announcement for SÓCIO and season ticket holders eligible for free tickets for the 2024 Meiji Yasuda J1 League Section 17 match against Yokohama F. Marinos to be held on Saturday, June 1st.
This match is a home game called "THE Kokuritsu DAY" and will be held at the Japan National Stadium. Due to the change of venue from Kashima Stadium, SÓCIO and season ticket holders, regardless of membership grade, will need to select their seats and obtain tickets through "Kashima Antlers Ticket". Please confirm the procedure below to obtain your free ticket.
Please note that there will be various differences from regular home games, such as entry methods, which may cause inconvenience, but we appreciate your understanding. All of us at the club look forward to welcoming you.

How to Acquire Tickets
Step 1: J-League ID Registration
Step 2: Linking your J-League ID and Fan Club Membership Number (One-Touch Pass ID)
Step 3: Apply for the target ticket on "
Kashima Antlers Ticket"
*If you have already completed Steps 1 and 2, you can proceed from
Step 3.

Access "
Kashima Antlers Ticket" on your device. If you are using a smartphone, tap "Register" in the top right corner. If you are using a PC, open the account menu in the top right corner and click "Register (Free)".

Enter your email address in the field and tap "Send Email". A URL will be sent to that address, so please register your account.
3.
Set Kashima Antlers as your favorite club, check "Receive emails", and tap the register button. Your J-League ID registration is complete.
Step 2: Linking your J-League ID and Fan Club Membership Number (One-Touch Pass ID)

From the menu in the top right corner, tap "One-Touch Pass ID (Club Issued Membership Number) Settings".

Tap "Add One-Touch Pass ID".
*If you have already linked your One-Touch Pass ID, your registered fan club grade will be displayed on this screen.

Select "Kashima Antlers" on the club selection screen and tap "Enter One-Touch Pass ID".
5.
Enter the fan club membership number (One-Touch Pass ID) written on your membership card.
6.
Enter your date of birth registered when you joined SÓCIO/Fan Club.
7.
Confirm that the membership number and fan club grade information to be linked to your J-League ID are correct, then tap "Proceed to Step 4 (Confirm Customer Information)".
8.
Confirm that the information displayed on the screen is correct, then tap "Complete".
9.
When the screen displays "One-Touch Pass ID (Club Issued Membership Number) Registration Complete", the process is finished.
Step 3: Ticket Application on "Kashima Antlers Ticket" (for SÓCIO Gold)
1.
Access "
Kashima Antlers Ticket" on your device. Log in with your J-League ID linked to your fan club membership number and select "vs Yokohama F. Marinos" from the match selection screen.

Tap the desired seat type button.

From the displayed options, select the option that includes your "Membership Grade" (e.g., "[0 yen purchase] SOCIO Gold").

Confirm your fan club grade and fan club membership number (One-Touch Pass ID) linked in Step 2, then tap "Next".
5.
Tap either "Specify seat" or "Select number of tickets without specifying seat". *The following steps assume you do not specify a seat. For detailed instructions on specifying a seat, click
here.
6.
Select the number of tickets to acquire (only 1 ticket can be acquired for 0 yen).
7.
The temporarily reserved ticket information will be displayed. Confirm the content and tap "Proceed to purchase procedure".
*The following steps are for completing the purchase of 0-yen tickets only. If you wish to purchase other seats together, tap "Find other seats" and select your desired seat type.
8.
Select "No payment" for "Payment method (fees)" and "QR issuance" for "Receiving method (fees)", then tap "Proceed to next".
9.
Confirm your purchase information and various terms of use, then check the "Agree to terms of use" checkbox and tap "Confirm application".
10.
When the screen displays "Application Complete", your purchase is complete.
11.
Tap "QR Issuance" in the top right corner of "Kashima Antlers Ticket".
*For PC users, click "Ticket List/QR Issuance" from the menu button in the top right corner.
12.
Select "Kashima Antlers vs Yokohama F. Marinos" from the match selection screen and tap the ticket for which you want to display the QR ticket.
