■Entry possible with IC card or app membership card
Annual ticket holders can enter directly with their IC card or app membership card.
■Tickets can be purchased at SÓCIO/Fan Club advance prices
In addition to your annual reserved seat, you can purchase tickets at SÓCIO/Fan Club advance prices. Purchases are available from the release timing for each membership tier.
■Ticket transfer service available
For matches you cannot attend, you can use the ticket transfer service. Ticket transfers can be done from the "Ticket List/QR Issuance" in the account menu of "Kashima Ticket". Click here for instructions.

About Same-Day Ticket Sales at the Stadium
You can purchase tickets at the same-day ticket counter outside the stadium on match day.

■Important Notes
・If tickets are sold out, same-day tickets will not be sold at the stadium. Also, if certain seating types are sold out, those seating types will not be sold at the stadium.
・When purchasing same-day tickets at the stadium, you can choose the seating type, but you cannot specify the seat location.
・An additional handling fee of 200 yen (tax included) per ticket will be charged for same-day ticket prices.
・Visitor-only seats (general admission) will not be sold at the stadium's same-day ticket counter. On match day, please purchase them through "Kashi-Ticket".
・It takes approximately 10 minutes for ticket issuance to be reflected in the gate terminal data. If you purchase tickets at the same-day ticket window, please allow ample time for your arrival.
・Even on match day, you can purchase tickets through "Kashi-Ticket". The same-day ticket counter may be crowded, so please consider using "Kashi-Ticket."
■For Preschool Children
For preschool children, if they watch on an accompanying adult's lap, one preschool child per accompanying person does not require a ticket, regardless of the seat type. If a seat is required, a separate ticket will be needed.

Wheelchair seats are a viewing space specifically for wheelchair users. One attendant can enter for free. Pre-reservation is required for the viewing space and parking. As seating is limited, please make sure to pre-reserve.

■About B parking ticket sales
・Parking tickets for standard cars in Kashima Soccer Stadium B parking lot will be sold for 1,000 yen (tax included) by advance reservation. You cannot use the parking lot without a parking ticket.
・Please purchase parking tickets in advance through "Kashi-Ticket". They will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis until the day of the match, up to the available number of parking spaces.
・On match day, please go to the B parking lot entrance and hold your purchased parking ticket over the attendant's dedicated terminal to enter the parking lot.
・Due to the parking space, B parking lot is only available for standard passenger cars.
