Starting from the 2024 season, all elementary school-aged children and younger from across Japan can watch all home games held at Kashima Stadium for free in certain seating categories! Also, for this match, we will be selling the "Strawberry Pair Ticket," which was very popular last year.
Please note that annual ticket holders (SÓCIO and season tickets) can enter with their IC card or app membership card.

■How to Apply and Enter
1) Select the eligible seating category on "Kashi Ticket" to get a free ticket and issue a QR ticket.
2) On the match day, hold the QR ticket over the dedicated terminal at the entrance gate to enter.

Special Event
We will be selling the "Strawberry Pair Ticket," which was so popular last year that it sold out immediately after release! This is a seasonal package that includes a box of strawberries with seats in Category 5 (reserved seats, Main Stand lower tier).
"Yayoihime" from "Hokota's Delicious Strawberry Farm Usami Farm" is also known as the "Princess of the Strawberry World" and is a masterpiece that won the Grand Prize in the general division of the 5th Ibaraki Strawberry Grand Prix. This is a limited quantity sale, so please purchase early. We will also sell strawberries only, so SÓCIO and season ticket holders and those planning to watch from other seating categories are also welcome to purchase!

(1) From the match selection screen, select the target match (Cerezo Osaka match).
(2) After selecting either "Cate 5 Strawberry Pair Ticket" or "Strawberry Exchange Ticket (1 box of 2 packs)", select the corresponding grade and ticket issuing method (QR ticket / paper ticket), and the desired number of tickets, then purchase the tickets.

About Same-Day Ticket Sales at the Stadium
On the match day, tickets can be purchased at the same-day ticket counter outside the stadium.

■Notes
・If tickets are sold out, same-day tickets will not be sold at the stadium. Also, if there are any sold-out seating categories, those categories will not be sold at the stadium.
・When purchasing same-day tickets at the stadium, you can choose the seating category, but you cannot specify the seat location.
・An additional fee of 200 yen (tax included) per ticket will be charged for same-day tickets.
・Visitor-only seats (unreserved) will not be sold at the stadium's same-day ticket counter. On the match day, please purchase them from "Kashima Ticket".
・It takes about 10 minutes for ticket issuance to reflect data in the gate terminal. If you purchase tickets at the same-day ticket counter, please allow plenty of time to arrive.
・Even on the match day, tickets can be purchased from "Kashima Ticket". The same-day ticket counter may be crowded, so please use "Kashima Ticket".
■For Pre-School Children
For pre-school children, if they watch on the lap of an accompanying adult, one pre-school child per accompanying adult does not require a ticket, regardless of the seating category. If a seat is required, a separate ticket is necessary.

"Wheelchair seating" is a designated viewing area for wheelchair users. One accompanying person can enter for free.

■About B Parking Ticket Sales
・Pre-reserved parking tickets for standard cars at Kashima Soccer Stadium B parking lot will be sold for 1,000 yen (tax included). You cannot use the parking lot without a parking ticket.
・Please purchase parking tickets in advance from "Kashima Ticket". They will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis for the available number of parking spaces until the match day.
・On the match day, please go to the B parking lot entrance and hold your purchased parking ticket over the attendant's dedicated terminal to enter the parking lot.
・Due to the space constraints of the B parking lot, only standard passenger cars can use it.
