About Fan Service Rules
・Fan services will be conducted in the designated area after the open practice ends. Please note that fan services will not be held on closed practice days, which are the day before and two days before official matches.・During two-a-day practices, fan services will only be held after the morning practice.
・Fan services on training match days will only be available after the match. Players who finish their training menu and leave the field before the end of the match will not participate in fan services. This measure is to avoid confusion on the field and in the stands, and to ensure a good playing environment for training matches. We appreciate your understanding.
・Fan services will not be conducted before practice or outside designated areas. It is very dangerous for people to gather near the entrance/exit of the player/staff parking lot, as it can cause accidents. The club cannot be held responsible for any accidents that occur, so please be aware of this in advance.
・For fan services in August and September, autograph and photo opportunities will be limited to one per player per person. Please refrain from requesting personal names or messages during autograph sessions, or taking photos where players are holding your belongings, infants, or pets.
・Players' autographs, photos, etc., may not be sold without the club's permission. Please use them for personal enjoyment on social media, websites, etc.
・Similar to practice viewing, please refrain from recording videos during fan services.
・Some players may refrain from fan services due to their condition or other reasons. Also, in case of bad weather or depending on the training content, there may be time limits or fan services may be canceled without prior notice.
Notes on Practice Viewing
・Practices two days before and the day before a match are closed to the public and cannot be viewed.・Please refrain from reserving seats in the viewing stands with sheets or other items.
・Please refrain from posting information about players participating in practice on match days on social media or websites, as this may lead to the identification or estimation of matchday squad members.
・Only still images are allowed to be taken during practice. Video recording is prohibited to prevent the leakage of information such as training content and tactics. Furthermore, depending on the practice content, all photography, including still images, may be prohibited.
・The appearance of the viewing stands on open practice days may be used by official club media and external media.
・The practice schedule may change suddenly.
・The wearing of masks during practice viewing and inside the clubhouse is left to individual discretion. Please take appropriate measures according to your physical condition.
・When viewing practice, please always view from the designated viewing stands.
・Please be careful with your valuables and belongings.
・Balls may fly into the stands during viewing, so please be extremely careful. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries that occur during viewing.
・When coming by car, please use the main clubhouse parking lot or the second parking lot. Please refrain from parking in other areas.
・The Antlers Cafe is not available to the general public.
