■About Pre-school Children
For pre-school children watching on a guardian's lap, one child per accompanying adult does not require a ticket. If a seat is required, a separate ticket must be purchased. If choosing the West Zone, East Zone, or Supporters' Seat, please purchase a ticket at the elementary/junior high/high school price.
■For Wheelchair Users
"Wheelchair seats" are designated viewing spaces exclusively for wheelchair users. One accompanying person may enter free of charge. Reservations are required in advance for viewing spaces and parking. As the number of seats is limited, please make sure to reserve in advance.

[How to Arrive on Match Day]
On match day, please proceed to the reception desk next to the wheelchair-accessible parking lot (Parking Lot D) on the Back Stand side. After registration, you will enter through the exclusive entrance (Gate 5 side). The QR ticket for your accompanying person will be provided at the reception desk.
[Notes on Wheelchair Seats]
・Season ticket members with Supporters' Seats can select wheelchair seats and acquire a ticket for ¥0.
・It is not possible to watch the match from a wheelchair in seats other than the designated viewing spaces.

■About the Sale of B Parking Tickets
・Parking tickets for Kashima Soccer Stadium B Parking Lot will be sold by advance reservation. Due to the advance reservation system, you cannot use the parking lot without a ticket.
・Please purchase parking tickets in advance from "Kashi-Ticket". Tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis until the match day, up to the number of available parking spaces.
・On the match day, please hold your purchased ticket over the dedicated terminal held by staff at the B parking lot entrance to enter the parking lot.

You can enter with your IC card or app membership card.
SÓCIO members can enter directly with their IC cards. In addition to your annual reserved seats, you can purchase tickets at the SÓCIO/Fan Club advance purchase price.

You can enter with your IC card or app membership card.
From the 2023 season, Season East and Half Season East members can enter directly with their IC cards or app membership cards. Additionally, you can purchase tickets at the SÓCIO/Fan Club advance purchase price from the same time as season ticket sales.
(2) Season Supporters' Seat / Half Season Supporters' Seat
Please apply for a ¥0 ticket from "Kashi-Ticket" (entry with IC card or app membership card is not possible).
For each match, you must select your viewing seat from "Kashi-Ticket" and acquire one free ticket. If you do not acquire a viewing ticket in advance, you will not be able to watch the match, so please be sure to designate your viewing seat for each match.
Additionally, you can purchase tickets at the SÓCIO/Fan Club advance purchase price from the same time as season ticket sales.
*By linking your Fan Club membership number with your J.League ID, you can select a viewing seat from "Kashi-Ticket" and acquire one free ticket.

About Same-day Ticket Sales at the Stadium
On the match day, you can purchase tickets at the event counter outside the stadium.

・When purchasing same-day tickets at the stadium, you can choose the seat category, but you cannot specify the exact seat location.
・An additional handling fee of 200 yen (tax included) per ticket will be charged to the same-day ticket price.
・If tickets are sold out, same-day tickets will not be sold at the stadium.
・It takes approximately 10 minutes for ticket issuance and data reflection to the gate terminal. If purchasing same-day tickets at the counter, please allow ample time for your arrival.
