Yoichiro Uchida Profile

◆Yoichiro Uchida YOICHIRO UCHIDA
Born in Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture in 1978. He has gained support for his unique worldview, which combines original orchid species and graffiti work. In November 2017, he held "NEVER MIND" at UNION SODA in Fukuoka, and in May 2019, "SOLO SHOW" at CURATOR'S CUBE in Tokyo. Yoichiro Uchida is actively engaged in providing artwork for "the POOL aoyama," "LOOPWHEELER," "TAKAHIROMIYASHITATheSoloist," "Loro Piana," and more. His creative method is characterized by not setting specific themes, but rather spinning intuitive words or those lingering in the back of his mind onto the canvas, structuring the screen like a free jazz jam session.
