Home games from the 2023 Meiji Yasuda J1 League Matchday 8 against Vissel Kobe on Saturday, April 15th, onwards.*Please note that the 2023 Meiji Yasuda J1 League Matchday 6 against Sanfrecce Hiroshima on Saturday, April 1st, is not eligible.
*The 2023 J.League YBC Levain Cup Final and Emperor's Cup are not eligible.
Eligible Tickets
The "Seat Change Service" can be used if your ticket falls under either of the following categories:1) A QR ticket purchased with a credit card payment through "Kashima Tickets."
2) A QR ticket obtained for free through "Kashima Tickets" (*).
(*) SÓCIO Special Personal Choice, various free invitation tickets (Hometown Days, Friendly Town Days, Ibaraki Kids Special Days, etc.)
■Ineligible Tickets
・SÓCIO, Season Tickets (IC cards, app membership cards, some corporate paper tickets)
・SÓCIO, 0-yen acquisition tickets for Season Tickets
・Hometown Kids Pass
・Tickets purchased with payment methods other than credit cards (e.g., electronic payments like d払い, convenience store payments)
・Tickets issued on paper
・Tickets purchased via resale or transferred from another person
・B parking tickets, sofa seats, comfortable seats, VIEW BOX tickets
・Other tickets for seat types determined by the club to be ineligible for this service
・When multiple match tickets were settled at once (*)
(*) This refers to cases where multiple match tickets were placed in the cart and settled in one transaction.
Terms of Use
The change must not result in a decrease in either the total ticket amount or the total number of tickets at the time of purchase in a single transaction.Example: If two tickets priced at 2,000 yen each were purchased
The condition for the change is that there must be two or more tickets and the total amount must be 4,000 yen or more.
*In this case, changes to one ticket or a total purchase amount of less than 4,000 yen are not possible.
Examples of Use Cases
・After purchasing a ticket, I want to change to a higher-grade seat type.
Example: East Zone x 2 tickets → Category 2 x 2 tickets
・After purchasing reserved seats, I want to change the seat location.
Example: Category 2 x 2 tickets (Row 50, Seat 189; Row 50, Seat 190) → Category 2 x 2 tickets (Row 3, Seat 100; Row 3, Seat 101)
・After purchasing reserved seats, I want to repurchase adjacent seats because more companions are coming.
Example: Category 2 x 2 tickets (Row 50, Seat 189; Row 50, Seat 190) → Category 2 x 3 tickets (Row 3, Seat 100; Row 3, Seat 101; Row 3, Seat 102)
・I have an invitation ticket, but I want to change to a higher-grade seat.
Example: "Hometown Days" free invitation ticket East Zone x 2 tickets → Category 6 x 2 tickets

・This service is a mechanism that cancels your purchased tickets and payment, and then allows you to repurchase. You cannot change seats by paying the difference from your existing tickets.
・If you change tickets obtained or purchased using a discount coupon (a coupon that requires entering a code before payment), the discounted purchase price will be cancelled. Please note that the discount coupon used cannot be reissued.
・If you attempt to change seats by selecting both eligible and ineligible tickets for this service at the same time, the seats cannot be changed.
