About Spectator Rules
| This match will be held as a "Cheering Allowed Match." ■For Preschool Children
Preschool children do not need a ticket if they are watching on the lap of an accompanying adult, for up to one preschool child per accompanying adult. If a seat is required, a separate ticket is necessary. If choosing West Zone, East Zone, or Supporters' Seat, please purchase a ticket at the elementary/junior high school student price.
■For wheelchair seating users
"Wheelchair seating" is a viewing space specifically for wheelchair users. Only one attendant may enter free of charge.
Advance reservation is required to use the viewing space and parking lot. As the number of seats is limited, please be sure to make a reservation in advance.

[How to arrive on match day]
On match day, please come to the reception desk next to the wheelchair-exclusive parking lot (D parking lot) on the back stand side. After reception, you will enter through the exclusive entrance (near Gate 5). The attendant's ticket (QR) will be handed to you at reception.
[Notes on wheelchair seating]
・Season ticket members who have Supporters' Seat can select wheelchair seating and get a seat for 0 yen.
・You cannot watch the game from a wheelchair in seats other than the designated viewing space.

■About B Parking Ticket Sales
・Parking tickets for Kashima Soccer Stadium B parking lot will be sold by advance reservation. Due to the advance reservation system, you cannot use the parking lot if you do not have a ticket.
・Please purchase parking tickets in advance from "Kashima Ticket". They will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis for the available number of parking spaces until the match day.
・On the match day, please hold your purchased ticket over the dedicated terminal held by the staff at the B parking lot entrance to enter the parking lot.

You can enter with your IC card or app membership card.
SÓCIO members can enter directly with their IC card. In addition, in addition to their annual reserved seat, they can purchase 4 paid tickets per match at the fan club advance price.

Please be sure to apply for a 0-yen ticket from "Kashima Ticket" (you cannot enter with an IC card or app membership card).
For each match, you need to select a viewing seat from "Kashima Ticket" and obtain one ticket free of charge. If you do not obtain a viewing ticket in advance, you will not be able to watch the match, so please be sure to specify your viewing seat for each match.
