■About Same-Day Ticket Sales at the Stadium
Tickets can be purchased at the same-day ticket sales counter (event window) at the stadium on the day of the match. Please check the following precautions before purchasing your tickets.
Payment methods: Cash, various credit cards, Merpay, d払い
■Important Notes
・At the time of purchase, you will be required to fill in your "Name," "Contact Information," and "Address" at the counter, and present identification documents such as a driver's license.
・Personal information may be provided to public health centers, etc., to the extent necessary, if a COVID-19 patient or suspected patient is found at Kashima Soccer Stadium.
・You cannot specify seats such as the front row or aisle seats.
・When purchasing same-day tickets at the stadium, an additional handling fee of 200 yen (tax included) per ticket will be charged to the same-day ticket price.
・Visitor seats are not sold at the stadium's same-day ticket sales counter. If you wish to watch from a visitor seat, please purchase through KashiTicket.
・It takes approximately 10 minutes for ticket issuance to reflect data at the gate terminal. If you are purchasing tickets at the stadium's same-day ticket sales counter, please arrive with plenty of time to spare.

※1. When using wheelchair accessible seats
・If a person in a wheelchair wishes to use a dedicated viewing space, the ticket to be purchased is a "Wheelchair Seat." One accompanying person can enter for free.
・You cannot watch the game from a wheelchair in seats other than the dedicated viewing space.
・Advance reservation is required for the viewing space and parking.
・As the number of wheelchair accessible seats is limited, please be sure to purchase your ticket through KashiTicket before making a parking reservation.
・On the day of the match, please come to the reception next to the wheelchair accessible parking lot (D parking lot) on the back stand side. After reception, you will enter through Gate 5. At that time, you will be given an accompanying person's ticket (QR).
・Season ticket members can select a wheelchair seat and purchase it for 0 yen.

※2. About B Parking Ticket Sales
・B Parking will be by advance reservation, and parking tickets will be sold. If you wish to use it, please purchase a B Parking Ticket (QR ticket, paper ticket) from KashiTicket and come to the B Parking lot. At the B Parking lot entrance, hold your purchased ticket over the One-Touch Pass terminal to enter.
・You cannot use B Parking without purchasing a ticket in advance. Also, it cannot be purchased at the stadium's same-day ticket sales counter. If there are vacancies, you can also purchase on KashiTicket on the day of the match.
※For preschoolers who do not occupy a seat, one preschooler per accompanying adult can enter without a ticket. If they occupy a seat, a separate ticket is required (junior high/high school student price if you choose Supporters' Seat Home).
※For those who purchased QR tickets or paper tickets (barcode authentication) via KashiTicket (J.League Ticket)
For Kashima Antlers home games, direct entry is available at each gate by scanning your QR code or paper ticket.
