Tickets can be purchased on the day of the match at the same-day ticket sales counter (event window) at the stadium. Please check the following precautions before purchasing tickets.

【Precautions】
・At the time of purchase, you will be required to provide your "name," "contact information," and "address" at the counter, and present a form of identification such as a driver's license.
・Personal information may be provided to public health centers, etc., to the extent necessary if a person infected with or suspected of being infected with a communicable disease is found at Kashima Soccer Stadium.
・You cannot specify seats such as front row or aisle seats.
・When purchasing same-day tickets at the stadium, an additional handling fee of 200 yen (tax included) per ticket will be charged in addition to the same-day ticket price.
・Visitor-only seats are not sold at the stadium's same-day ticket counter. If you wish to watch from visitor-only seats, please purchase them through Shikatike.
・It takes approximately 10 minutes for ticket data to be reflected from ticket issuance to the gate terminal. If you purchase tickets at the stadium's same-day ticket counter, please allow ample time for your arrival.

*1. When using wheelchair-accessible seats
・If a wheelchair user wishes to use the designated viewing space, the ticket purchased will be a "wheelchair seat" ticket. One accompanying person can enter for free.
・You cannot watch the match from a wheelchair in seats other than the designated viewing space.
・Advance reservations are required for the viewing space and parking. Reservations will be accepted starting from the first day of advance sales for members (SÓCIO advance sales) for each match you wish to attend.
・As the number of wheelchair seats is limited, please be sure to purchase your ticket through Shikatike before making a parking reservation.
・On match day, please proceed to the reception desk next to the wheelchair-accessible parking lot (Parking Lot D) on the backstand side. After reception, you will enter through Gate 5. At that time, you will be given the accompanying person's ticket (QR).
・Season ticket members can select wheelchair seats and purchase them for 0 yen.

*2. About B Parking Ticket Sales
・For matches with capacity restrictions, Parking Lot B will be by advance reservation, and parking tickets will be sold. If you wish to use it, please purchase a B parking ticket (QR ticket, paper ticket) from Shikatike and come to Parking Lot B. At the entrance of Parking Lot B, hold your purchased ticket over the One-Touch Pass terminal to enter.
・You cannot use Parking Lot B without purchasing a ticket in advance. Also, you cannot purchase them at the stadium's same-day ticket sales counter. If there are vacancies, you can purchase them from Shikatike even on the day of the match.
*For preschoolers who do not occupy a seat, one preschooler per accompanying adult does not require a ticket. If a seat is occupied, a separate ticket is required (if selecting Supporters' Seat Home, children/students price applies).
*For those who purchased QR tickets or paper tickets (barcode authentication) via Shikatike (J.League Ticket)
For Kashima Antlers home games, direct entry is available at each gate by scanning your QR code or paper ticket.
