We are pleased to announce that the expansion work on the Kashima Antlers clubhouse, which has been underway since November 2021, has been completed and new facilities for the top team have been established.
This exclusive area for the top team was created with the concept of being "a place to feel and inherit tradition and continue to challenge for victory." It includes newly established locker rooms, medical rooms, a multi-purpose space (meeting room, relaxation space), and bathrooms (communal bath). The aim was to create an environment that enhances motivation and condition for victory, and fosters a spirit of continuous challenge, with the club's distinctive Antlers identity felt throughout, using club colors in various places.

【Entrance】
The club's symbolic emblem is carved into a panel made from tree bark and installed at the entrance.
Using rough materials gives it a wild appearance, expressing a hungry spirit and a continuous will to challenge.
The approach from the entrance to the locker room uses black as a base, symbolizing "strength," and the team's main color, deep red, to create a flow that raises morale all the way to the locker room.
【LOCKER ROOM】
The space is designed with club colors to boost spirits and motivation. Additionally, the lockers are equipped with emblems and nameplates, making it easier for players to feel they are a part of Kashima Antlers.
【MULTIPURPOSE SPACE】
The MULTIPURPOSE SPACE is divided into a dark-toned interaction/relaxation area and a brightly lit meeting area with wood-grain flooring, each suited for its respective purpose. It can also be used as a versatile multi-purpose area.
【MEDICAL ROOM】
The space is finished in neutral colors with a calm atmosphere as its theme, allowing players to relax and focus on conditioning.
