Tickets can be purchased at the same-day ticket counter (event window) at the stadium on match day. Please confirm the following precautions before purchasing tickets.

【Notes】
・When purchasing, you will be required to provide your "name," "contact information," and "address" at the counter, as well as present identification documents such as a driver's license.
・Personal information may be provided to public health centers to the extent necessary if an infected person or a suspected case is found at Kashima Soccer Stadium.
・You cannot specify seats such as front row or aisle seats.
・When purchasing same-day tickets at the stadium, a separate handling fee of 200 yen (tax included) per ticket will be charged in addition to the same-day ticket price.
・Visitor seats are not sold at the stadium's same-day ticket counter. If you wish to watch from the visitor seats, please purchase them through Kashima Tickets.
・It takes approximately 10 minutes for ticket issuance data to reflect on the gate terminals. If you purchase tickets at the stadium's same-day ticket counter, please arrive with plenty of time to spare.

*1. For wheelchair accessible seating
・If a person in a wheelchair wishes to use the dedicated viewing space, the ticket to be purchased will be a "wheelchair accessible seat." One accompanying person may enter free of charge.
・You cannot remain in your wheelchair to watch the game from seats other than the dedicated viewing space.
・Advance reservation is required to use the viewing space and parking. Reservations will be accepted starting from the first day of early bird sales (SÓCIO advance sales) for each match you wish to attend.
・Since the number of wheelchair accessible seats is limited, please be sure to purchase tickets through Kashima Tickets before making a parking reservation.
・On match day, please come to the reception desk next to the wheelchair-exclusive parking lot (D parking lot) on the backstand side. After reception, you will enter through Gate 5. At that time, you will receive the accompanying person's ticket (QR).
・Season ticket members can select wheelchair accessible seats and purchase them for 0 yen.

*2. About the sale of B parking tickets
・For matches with capacity restrictions, B parking will require advance reservation, and parking tickets will be sold. If you wish to use it, please purchase a B parking ticket (QR ticket, paper ticket) from Kashima Tickets and come to B parking. At the B parking entrance, hold your purchased ticket over the One-Touch Pass terminal to enter.
・You will not be able to use B parking without purchasing a ticket in advance. Also, you cannot purchase them at the stadium's same-day ticket counter. If there are vacancies, you can purchase them from Kashima Tickets on the match day.
*For pre-school children who do not occupy a seat, one pre-school child per accompanying adult does not require a ticket. If they occupy a seat, a separate ticket is required (if choosing Supporters' Seat Home, the elementary, middle, and high school student price applies).
*For those who purchased QR tickets or paper tickets (barcode authentication) via Kashima Tickets (J.League Ticket)
For Kashima Antlers home games, direct entry at each gate is possible by holding up your QR code or paper ticket.
